My Certificates

Can I sort the list that appears in the My Certificate Tab?
Yes. For example, click on the header at the top of the certificate number fields and the records will be sorted in ascending certificate number order. This same procedure can be applied to the Client, Installation, and Date views.

How do I re-open the certificate that I was editing earlier?
Click on the My Certificates tab to display the Certificate List. Find the row that contains the certificate information you wish to see. You may need to select the correct Client or select All so the relevant certificate is listed. Click anywhere on the row to open that certificate.

What do the blue rows of information mean on displays such as the Certificate Browser?
They don’t mean anything! The rows are alternate blue and white to make the list easier to read.

How do you delete a certificate that is no longer required?
Click on the My Certificates tab and this will display the Certificate List.  Find the certificate you wish to delete in the list and then click on the Red X at the far right of the row.  This will then delete the certificate.  WARNING: If you delete a certificate it is permanently deleted and Support are not able to retrieve it, so delete certificates with care.

Can I check the number of certificates used from my allocation?
Yes.  Click on the My Certificates tab and then click on the Certificate Usage tab.  This will show you how many Drafts and Masters you have used for each certificate type.
To see how many certificates you have left to use click on the New Certificate tab and it will then show you the number of certificates you have left for the month.
