My Clients

Can I sort the list that appears in the My Clients Tab?
Yes. For example, click on the header at the top of the Name field and the records will be sorted in ascending alphabetical order. This same procedure can be applied to the Address Line 1 and Post Code views.


How do I edit an existing Client?
Click on the My Clients tab to display the Client List. Find the row that contains the Client you wish to edit. Click on the clip board icon at the far right of the row under the heading Edit. 


How do you view Sites associated with a particular Client?
Click on the My Clients tab to display the Client List. Find the row that contains the Client you wish to sites for.  Click on the house icon shown under the heading Site.  This will take you to the site list view.  This will list all sites associated with the selected Client.  The Main (default) site will be shown with a tick against it under the column Is Main.


How do you change the Main site against a Client?
Click on the My Clients tab to display the Client List. Find the row that contains the Client you wish to find sites for.  Click on the house icon shown under the heading Site.  This will take you to the site list view.  This will list all sites associated with the selected Client.  Click on the clipboard icon at the far right of the row under the heading Edit.  In the Edit Site screen, tick the box Main at the bottom of the screen.  Click Save.  You will get confirmation message at the top of the screen confirming that you wish to change the Main site. Click Yes. You will be returned to the Site List and the Main site will now be changed.


How do you view all Sites in the system?
Click on the My Clients tab to display the Client List.  Click on the View All Sites button to the right of the screen.  You will then be taken to the Site List view with all Client selected. You can then click on the Client drop down list to filter Site view per Client.

Can you search for a specific Client in the My Clients tab?
Yes.  Click on the My Clients tab.  At the top left of the screen type in the client you wish to search for, where it says Client Name.  Click Search.  This will then show you the Clients with the Client Name entered.


How do you delete a Client that is no longer required?
Click on the My Clients tab and this will display the Client List.  Find the Client you wish to delete in the list and then click on the Red X at the far right of the row.  (Note: This will delete the Client and any Associated Sites.)  The details of the Client will then be displayed with Delete or Cancel option in the bottom right of the screen.  Click Delete to confirm deletion or click Cancel to cancel the deletion and return to the Client list.  WARNING: If you delete a Client it is permanently deleted and Support are not able to retrieve it, so delete Clients with care.


How do you delete a Site that is no longer required?
Click on the My Clients tab and this will display the Client List, then click on the View all Sites button.  Find the Site you wish to delete in the list (you are not able to delete Main Sites, so change from Main site beforehand) and then click on the Red X at the far right of the row.  The details of the Site will then be displayed with Delete or Cancel option in the bottom right of the screen.  Click Delete to confirm deletion or click Cancel to cancel the deletion and return to the Site list.  WARNING: If you delete a Site it is permanently deleted and Support are not able to retrieve it, so delete Sites with care.
