How do you add first board to a new certificate?
In the certificate next to the page tabs is the Board tab which has a drop down list next to it. Click on the drop down list and select New Board. This will display the board details. Ignore the first field Board ID and enter the name of the board under the field Board Designation. Continue to enter all other relevant board details including the Supply to Board is from field if required. You can then select the number of Ways and Phases required for this board. If you have already enter Test Instrument serial numbers in the My Profile tab then they will be auto populated here. They can be added or amended by clicking the Edit button in the bottom right hand corner.
How do you enter Circuit Details?
In the certificate select the required board from the drop down list and the board details are displayed. To the right of the Boards drop down list you will now see a new tab called Circuit Details. Click on this tab to take you to the Circuit details page where you can then enter the relevant details.
How do you enter Test Results for circuits?
In the certificate select the required board from the drop down list and the board details are displayed. To the right of the Boards drop down list you will now see 2 new tabs called Circuit Details and Test Results. Once the circuit details have been entered, click on the Test Results tab. This will show the Test Results page which also shows the circuit designation for each row. You can now enter the test results for each circuit.
How do I add additional boards to my certificate?
In the certificate select an existing board from the Boards drop down list, that boards’ details will be displayed. In the bottom right hand corner, click on the button New Board, this will add a new board to the certificate and take you to that page. You can then enter all the details for this new board and then enter the Circuit Details and Test Results.
How do I delete unwanted boards from my certificate?
In the certificate select the board that you wish to delete from the Boards drop down list. In the bottom right hand corner of the screen, click on the button Delete board, it will then delete the board and take you to the next available board in the certificate. WARNING: If you delete a board it is permanently deleted and Support are not able to retrieve it, so delete boards with care.
Can I add an extra circuit on a board when I have already entered details?
Yes. In the Certificate, select the required board and then click on the Circuit Details tab. At the bottom of the screen there is a button called New Row, click this and it will add an additional circuit to the bottom of the current circuits. For example, if you currently have 10 circuits and click New Row it will add new circuit at the bottom of the page, circuit number 11.
Can you delete circuits from a board?
Yes. In the Certificate, select the required board and then click on the Circuit Details tab. At the bottom of the screen there is a button called Delete Row, click this and it will ask you to confirm if you wish to delete the last row, click Yes and it will delete the last row. For example, if you currently have 10 circuits and click Delete Row, it will delete circuit number 10.
